Convenient location near a train station, which was awesome! 🚉

The hotel's location is marvellous and walk from a train station. Easy access to cafes and bars which are walk from the property. The hotel has absolutely perfect and clean rooms with tea and cookies, for example...

The king room overlooked inner courtyard. The bathroom we had included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet and bidet. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

The staff was efficient and our room was fancy, even had cookies and tea.

Cozy room with central heating, mini fridge, and coffee/tea makers - loved having those! Having a tub in the private bathroom was a nice extra touch 🛁.

Thoroughly enjoyed our extremely spacious rooms. - the staff was good. - the location was magnificent and unbeatable, next to the bus/train station, historical center, main train station, and airport shuttle bus. - Furthermore, close to the city center. - We got a room with a bath.

In our room, the decor was super cozy and the bathroom was so spacious-it was perfect for unwinding. the bed was a hit with my wife, she couldn't get enough of how comfy it was. We slept like babies on it! 😊

Highly recommended! the hosts were very kind and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean with a nice balcony. the location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. There is a supermarket right downstairs, making it convenient for any needs. the staff speaks English fluently and is very friendly. the only downside is that the walls are thin and you can sometimes hear noises from other guests. a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location was absolutely incredible, with a LiDl just around the corner for all our shopping needs. The room was spotless and the private external bathroom was spacious and luxurious, complete with a full bath/shower. Enrico, the host, was so welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags ahead of check-in. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, tea, and not your average cookies in the common area, along with a fridge for food storage. The air conditioning was super effective, although we could have used a light blanket. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and we were thrilled to have bath/shampoo gel provided - a true rarity in other accommodations. The wifi was reliable and the espresso machine in the hallway was a breath of fresh air every morning. our stay was mind-blowingly perfect and we highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an amazing experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Be Central Rooms in the center of the city. Enrico, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the common coffee corner. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Just a quick tip, if you're driving, be aware that the area is part of a ZTL zone and requires a special pass. Alternatively, you can park by the central station and enjoy a short 10-minute walk to the guesthouse.

During my recent transit in Palermo, I had the pleasure of staying at Be Central Rooms. The convenience provided by this hotel was exceptional. Being just a 5-minute walk from Palermo Central, it made my travel connections a breeze. I was delighted to discover that the hotel is only 35 km away from Falcone-Borsellino, which made my early morning departure stress-free.

As a light sleeper, I did notice some noise from the busy road outside, especially on weekends. However, I understand that this is beyond the control of the owner and is to be expected due to its central location.

Great location, just a short walk from the main attractions and close to public transport. Supermarkets nearby and a quiet street. Plus, the room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The noise from construction work upstairs was quite bothersome, especially early in the morning. the check-out process was also a bit tricky, as we had to juggle holding the door open while returning the key to the room.
